  1. Release the need to be right. 正确的表述需求
  2. Welcome one another's thoughts and opinions. 对他人的观点表示欢迎
  3. Suspend judgment. 停止裁断
  4. Listen for understanding, not rebuttal. 倾听是为了理解，而不是反驳
  5. Make personal statements by using "I" rather than "you". 对个人的观点表述用“我”而不是“你”开头
  6. Clarify first what was said before you challenge someone. 首先澄清所说的，然后提问。
  7. Take time to reflect. 用时间思考
  8. Lean into discomfort. 保持中立？（偏倚导致不快？）
  9. Respond first to what was said before making your point. 首先对别人所说的发表意见而不要急于阐述自己的观点。
