Physically or psychologically. We live in certain ways, so we always truly believe everyone, esp. those close to us, holds the same attitude in their lives. The more contact, the easier a conflict can happen. If you still hold 100% that you are absolutely right, this stubbornness will make you more angry. I don't say both sides are right or wrong in a black and white way. Life is in a more grey way. So some solutions can be: try to understand why some people behave in that way. Ask directly (maybe some people just don't know, but they can accomodate you. For example, gender difference is a huge thing before you take a relationship). OR split things in must-argue and no-need-to-argue groups, and hold a forgiving attitude to the latter one. OR put yourself in a higher position above those nuisance ( except it is way too important: then you need to negotiate). This is the reason that it is hard to hold a simple attitude in your life and be happy along. This is the reason that I always feel amazed by people and things in life.
