连岳的第八大洲 事情不过是圣殿毁坏圣殿重建而已 首页 日课 (127) 至少我认为 (21) 众所周知 (11) 乱 (58) 榨汁机 (22) 第一大道 (6) 颠覆性 (5) 描述 (1) 2004-12-03 19:52 于孟买24笑 -[第一大道] 于孟买24笑 连岳 想了一下，我最喜欢的场景是这样的，两个人（或者一群人）坐着，一时无话，各有心思，一转眼，不经意发现某个人嘴角有一丝偷偷的笑意，她真是满心欢喜呀。 前提是不要偷偷笑我。 看见一个微笑的人，我们会觉得轻松；看见一个悲伤的人，我们会产生同情？不全是这样，我们可能会心生厌倦：别再说那些让我心烦的事情；别再用你的不幸强迫我说些悲悯的套话。我自己有自己的烦恼。 就是这样，一个人的情绪会对他人产生正效应。任何一种情绪都是如此。 四年前，跑了四五个城市，采访了一堆诗人，这篇稿件没有见报，纪录也早掉了。只记得在合肥的梁小斌，我每问一个问题，他都要想很久，才缓慢地以精致的书面语言回答我。他表达了努力平静叙事的企图，“每个人都有焦虑，那只能留给自己，不应该出现在文字上面”，他似乎说过这样的话…… 一个多么出色的想法。 前几天收到了朋友马莉新出的诗集，在里面看到了有趣的句子：“远方还有一棵老树/结着忽明忽暗的果子/火车经过村庄和小镇/果子就落在了地上”。 这样平静的智慧，再多，你都不会觉得有压力，就像坐在一堆巨大的果实旁边，就像坐在巨大的微笑当中，很HIGH。 先成为诗人，才能得到平静与微笑的力量。门槛未免太高了一些。 1995年，印度孟买的马丹医生（MADAN KATARIA）认为，脱离心智上的苦厄，肉体上的折磨，只需要两个拟声词，各重复三次就可以了，处方是这样的： “和－和－和；哈－哈－哈”（如此发声三五分钟） 孟买，这个文盲与贫困人口成堆的地方，马丹的处方也照样没有任何进入限制。马丹创立的“世界大笑俱乐部”，刚开始时，也有些技能要求，说个笑话什么的，后来发现笑话日趋乏味，会说的人也不多；于是索性直奔主题，不要前戏，开口就笑。简单化处理以后，马丹的理念反而影响力见长，从孟买蔓延到了其他城市。 马丹曾经用他的标准观察过香港，这个世界上最忙碌的城市，他的结论是：香港人是世界上最严肃的人之一，街道上的行人彼此没有眼神接触，可见他们不太开心。恕我直言，这些话等于没说，世界上哪一个城市的人，不是这样？ 也许所有城市动物都不快乐吧？这说明马丹可以更有作为，解决世界性的困局。从上个世纪七十年代，就有医生证明，笑不需要任何意义，仅仅是傻笑，就能对身体有极大的好处，不仅缓解压力，甚至还能治胃病和失眠、降低血压和――请注意――瘦身！ 笑恐怕不能包治百病吧？不过，它确实是个好东西，在交谈时，在聚会当中，自己多一些笑声，逗别人笑一笑，是很有公德的事情；而让人不快和伤心，纵使你的悲剧不属虚构，最好还是有所克制。 中国的古圣先贤早就睿智地指出：一天让父母笑24次，即所谓24孝。 与此同时，让自己，让接触到自己的人笑24次，就更好了，对吧？不管同意与否，请用这串拟声词回答： “和－和－和；哈－哈－哈” rosu 发表于 19:52 | 阅读全文 | 评论(3) | 引用Trackback(0) | 编辑 2004-12-03 19:49 mark -[日课] 16:38 Jesus Appears to Mary Magdalene now after he rose early on the first day of the week, he appeared first to Mary Magdalene, from whom he had cast out seven demons. she went out and told those who had been with him, while they were mourning and weeping. but when they heard that he was alive and had been seen by her, they would not believe it.
