麦羊皮靴子 <<<Indie....听力 | 首页 | 61个重要词汇>>> Benefit of Lying With Your Fr.-----滚进音箱的苹果 The Benefits of Lying With Your Friend 带着的那一点点苦与乐，清晰又直白。 滚进音箱的苹果 想象过当一只苹果滚进音箱会发生什么事情吗？如果你认为什么事情没有，那我们的想象力就匮乏的太可怕了，幸好这些苹果很争气，就这么得居然捣鼓出了一支乐队来，一支甜脆上口的乐队，于是他们叫The Apples in Stereo。 熟悉独立摇滚历史的人恐怕不会对Elephan Six Music Collective这个名字感到陌生，而这几个苹果则是在这场运动中大举音乐复兴旗帜的那一群热爱迷幻、朋克和四轨低传真录音的家伙。作为志同道合的三面旗帜，苹果可能是最甜、最古怪、最爱搞笑的，当他们的音乐再次响起，没有The olivia Tremor Control对于实验音乐的狂热追求，也很少Neutral Milk Hotel对精神世界的狂热探求。当苹果们从上世纪六十年代的英国的迷幻音乐那里汲取的养料激发了九十年代E6的一群人聚集一处创造了很长一段时期的精彩，他们的创作就像是吃三明治，总不忘要抹上甜美的旋律，再加上风趣搞笑的呆子，和辛辣的玩笑，于是人们对这些古怪创意便更加欲罢不能。 很明显乐队的领军人物Robert Schneider的许多音乐沿袭自早期The Beach Boys，当然Robert和 Neutral Milk Hotel的 Jeff Magnum 以及the Olivia Tremor Control的 Bill Doss这些生长在路易斯安那的本土美国人无疑也受到了The Beatles, Kinks, Thembies这些巨人的很大影响，很多时候这些先辈又成了苹果戏谑的对象。 作为主唱的Robert最初组建乐队时便取名为The apples （大概他极爱吃苹果吧）,乐队成员包括吉他手Robert Parfitt，贝司手 Jim McIntyre，以及鼓手 Hillarie Sidney。毕业之后他和Magnum都来到了Denver（丹佛）。乐队也从这里走出了实质性的第一步，1995年发行了完整的Fun Trick Noisemaker，之后在spinART厂牌下又发行了三张lp：Tone Soul Evolution ('97),逐渐形成“苹果”概念具有强烈迷幻色彩的Her Wallpaper Reverie ('99)，以及The Discovery of a World inside the Moone (2000). 电台(都是风格近似的乐队)的第一首歌： Benefit Of Lying With Your Fr.
