Drum is as important as his bones, it provides the frame. Rhythm guitar is the source of the strength, just like a warrior’s muscle. Lead guitar is the spirit of a song. Metal music can not loss a powerful solo like a people can not living without mind. Vocals to a metal song are the same as the hair to a people, even some people think that vocals are more important due to the lyrics. In my opinion, metal music can express their idea without lyrics, if you can really understand it. However, a singer with full of passion truly helps a band to show their thoughts, like a people own a beautiful long hair. When my teacher asked us to write on some titles that we are interest in or we really cared about, I felt very blind. Perhaps I cared about nothing indeed.
